Dear Justin, I just wanted to thank you again for your efficient service yesterday. I'm so glad you were able to swing by despite the late hour and show us how to resolve the problem we were having in time for our first classes to use the lab tomorrow. I greatly appreciate this attention to detail.

Thank you/your staff for all the help. I purposely stopped by the schools to check everything out and you can't believe the pride the school staff are showing with all their labs and equipment! They're like proud parents so thanks to all of you!

Had a great class in the lab yesterday. Students did recordings and saved them in my folder. Everything worked as it should. Was able to communicate back and forth with the group and individuals, etc. I am not planning to ever use Audacity again!

Justin,
Thanks so much for all of the work you did yesterday in our language lab. I put it through its paces today (random pairings, student-teacher recordings with the Source Control, collection of recordings, etc.) and everything was perfect for all 3 groups of students. Thanks also for letting me know that computer #16 is not working. I have put in a work order to repair it.
As always, it has been a pleasure working with you and having such dedicated support from CTS Labs.

“Justin was here on Friday and took care of all of our problems. As usual, I was very satisfied with the service provided by Chester Technical Services. Thanks for enquiring.”

"Dear Justin,
I can’t tell you how much I appreciate your time, advice and talent!!! The teachers, the students and the administration echo my sentiments. Yesterday was INSANE, as I had predicted. To be able to accommodate the onslaught of kids coming through here was a joy. I was downright giddy! It’s the best birthday present ever!!! I owe you big time!"
-- Emily Jacobs, Language Lab Manager, Hightstown High School

“The summer workshop I just completed was very informative and should really help us use the lab in a more efficient manner. I was surprise at the numerous functions, particularly with Soloist, that we can use to create exciting activities for the students.”
-- Joelle Torreelle, French Teacher, West Springfield High School

“We all had a wonderful time at the summer training. We are anxious to return to our lab and play around with the new tools we learned about. Please extend our thanks to everyone who helped organize the training.”

"I
just wanted to thank you for the training session
yesterday afternoon. The time flew by; truly the
sign of an interesting lesson! As you know, I
have four new members in the Foreign Language
department this year. In August, they shared their
fear of the Language Lab with me. I told them
that you would be in for the training session
and that they would gain some confidence. They
certainly did! Once again, you inspired confidence
in the members of our department, just as you
did three years ago when our Language Lab was
newly installed. We appreciated your thorough
explanations and the time that you took to answer
all of our questions. We also appreciated your
"hands-on" approach to teaching. Many thanks for
your time, your expertise and your humor. You
truly do understand how to teach Foreign Language
teachers! My best to you."

Chase Collegiate School (formerly St. Margaret's
McTernan School)

"I have
supervised the installation of two Sony language
labs at two different schools in Massachusetts
from Chester Technical in Connecticut and have
been very pleased with the outcome. We have
had no problems with installation or training.
Our lab at the high school is six years old
and works perfectly. They have periodically
given us free updates and are most generous
with their time at no charge. They cover the
east coast and their number is 1-800-342-5285.
Hope this helps."

Hingham High School (Hingham, MA)

"Concurrent
Controller is a wonderful way to maximize our
investment, both in financial terms (more frequent
utilization of our Sony Soloist Software) but
also pedagogically. If teachers can use the software
at home, they are more likely to explore and use
its features and so improve their teaching!"

Jr., Director Language Learning Center, Phillips
Academy (Andover)

"I first
wanted to let you know that the feedback from
your presentation on Tuesday has been highly
positive. Here's a sample I received unsolicited
in an e-mail today:
P.S. I thought the training with Chip was excellent.
I really learned something. I was able to bring
my Spanish 382 class to the lab and view baby
pictures using ELMO. It was a great success.
The best news is that by your urging, people
are signing up for the lab ASAP to practice."

"Justin
and Bill left earlier today. They did a great
job installing our Sony Virtuoso System and
they are such a pleasure to work with!! We are
very excited about the possibilities for our
students and teachers. "

Joseph Academy

"As always,
you are most dependable and prompt with responding
to service requests. If you ever need to know
your grade for communications, it's an A+!"

"I just
wanted to thank you for all the work Justin
and Bill did in our lab yesterday, as well as
your helpful suggestions for solving the problems.
There were a lot of things that needed adjusting,
and they were able to solve most of my problems.
They worked steadily from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.!
They listened carefully to my questions, and
took care of having the computers restart when
a teacher closes Soloist as students finish
a class. This is a big help, as Soloist is not
left running. They also reset the volume level
of student microphones, so that recordings are
not "scratchy".

"You guys
are really great to work with. If you ever need
to convince a school to use CTS, please tell
them to talk to me. I'll be sure to tell them
how great the system is that you put in as well
as how nice everybody at CTS is."

so much for the training session today. It was
really terrific, and I so appreciate your help
in drafting the instructions."

"I just
want to thank you for all your help in putting
me in touch with Chip Howe for the training
for East Lyme H.S. We accomplished our task-and
were pleasantly surprised at how efficient the
Lab is and not so difficult to understand and
operate. Chip was extremely helpful and patient!
We had fun and I really hope things work out
so he can put a Lab in here at our high school,
at some point. Thanks again, and I am very appreciative
of all your help."
